Welcome! The Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto practices mindful living as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh. we have been practicing together since 1997. Our Practice Community is open to people who sincerely wish to learn and deepen their practice of mindfulness. 

We are an interfaith group; while our regular meetings are based on Buddhist practice, members are encouraged to appreciate and deepen the practice of their own tradition.
